The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The food in the restaurant was fresh, delicious, and made with love.

Furniture in the lobby and restaurant could use an upgrade.

Excellent staff, delicious food, convenient location to ski and snowshoe trails. I enjoyed the four-course dinner for a great price and the beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel also had a refreshing swimming pool and helpful staff who accommodated our needs.

Nothing it was perfect.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful views of Mont Blanc from our room and during breakfast. The hotel offered delicious dinner options, including a 4-course Menu du jour. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding nature with hikes and E-bike rentals. The property was well-maintained and staff were friendly and helpful.

Felt quite safe, nothing to complain about.

The breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains during breakfast were simply stunning. The location was perfect for nature lovers, with plenty of hiking trails right at our doorstep. We also rented E-bikes and had a blast exploring the area.

The noise from the kitchen doors banging in the dining room was quite unpleasant, but eating outside solved that issue. not being able to have the Demi pension option because we booked through a third-party website ended up costing us more.

We didn't feel the need to eat out, as the food at this place was simply outstanding. a fantastic hotel experience that we would highly recommend.

Spending Christmas in this mountain retreat was a dream come true. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even offering a handmade gingerbread house as a welcome gift. the breathtaking views of the snowy peaks and valleys were the perfect backdrop for enjoying the cozy fireplaces in the lobby and in our room. the ski-in/ski-out access was a major plus, as we could hit the slopes right from the hotel. the spa was the cherry on top, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a long day in the snow.
